Terms & Conditions

• Reservations: All sailboat tours must be booked in advance. Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of a non-refundable deposit.
• Payment: Full payment must be made prior to the tour date. Accepted payment methods include PayPal (including credit card and debit card), and bank transfer.
• Cancellation: Cancellations made less than 3 days before the tour will not be refunded. Cancellations made more than 3 days before the tour will be refunded in total. You will be issued a full refund if we must cancel the tour due to weather.

2. Safety and Conduct:

• Life Jackets: Life jackets must be worn at all times while on deck.
• Alcohol and Drugs: Guests may not bring their own alcohol. Intoxicated guests will not be served and may be denied boarding. Alcohol may be served only on applicable tours and IDs are required for age verification Illegal drugs are strictly prohibited.
• Behavior: Guests must adhere to the crew’s instructions at all times and conduct themselves in a respectful manner. Any behavior deemed dangerous or inappropriate may result in termination of the tour without refund.

3. Weather and Itinerary Changes:

• Weather Conditions: Tours are subject to weather conditions. In case of bad weather, tours may be rescheduled or canceled at the discretion of the captain.
• Itinerary Changes: The captain reserves the right to alter the itinerary for safety reasons or to enhance the tour experience.

4. Liability:

• Waiver: By booking a tour, guests acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with sailing. Guests must sign a liability waiver prior to departure.
• Personal Belongings: SeaScape is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings during the tour.

5. Privacy:

• Personal Information: All personal information provided during booking will be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of the tour.
• Photography: The company may take photographs during the tour for promotional purposes. Guests who do not wish to be photographed should inform the crew at the start of the tour.

6. Health and Fitness:

• Medical Conditions: Guests must inform the company of any medical conditions or mobility issues at the time of booking.
• Fitness Level: Guests should be in good physical condition to participate in the tour. The company reserves the right to refuse service to anyone deemed unfit for the tour.

7. Children:

• Age Requirement: Our sailboat tours are designed for adults and couples. Persons under 18 years old are not permitted on private tours.

8. Complaints and Feedback:

• Complaints: Any complaints during the tour should be reported to the crew immediately.
• Feedback: We value your feedback. Please contact us after your tour to share your experience and suggestions.

9. Governing Law:

• These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Irland. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Ireland.
